New Modern Concepts is proud to be building a new 2,400 head finisher for Clayton Eggers. Our concrete partner, Alewelt Inc., put three crews on the job to ensure it gets completed before the cold weather sets in. It’s this type of teamwork between New Modern Concepts and our crews that allows us to be the builder of choice for over eight of the major swine production companies in the U.S. 

Clayton will be raising pigs for Minnesota-based Holden Farms when the barn is completed. With the introduction of this new barn he’ll add swine production to his diverse farm enterprise row crops, cattle feeding, show cattle and a large custom baling operation.
